The Firenze Red Lions are proud to announce the signing of Filippo Camerini, an Italian long snapper who will join the franchise ahead of the 2026 AFLE season.

Born in 2007, Camerini is considered one of the emerging young prospects in Italian American football at the long snapper position. Standing at 184 cm and 97 kg, he brings precision, reliability, and discipline to one of the most important units on the field: special teams.

Throughout his development, he played for the Cecina Trappers, where he built his technical foundation and continued to grow within the national football scene.

His arrival represents an important investment in the future of the franchise, reinforcing the Red Lions’ commitment to building a competitive roster through the development of young Italian talent.
