The Firenze Red Lions are proud to announce the signing of William Egbuna Nwankwo, an Italian right tackle who will join the franchise ahead of the 2026 AFLE season.

Standing at 198 cm and 142 kg, Nwankwo is one of the most imposing profiles in the national football scene. A player capable of combining physical strength, presence, and intensity — all essential qualities for strengthening the Red Lions’ offensive line.

Throughout his career, he has played for the Aquile Ferrara and the Rhinos Milano, gaining valuable experience while continuing to establish himself within Italian American football.

His arrival adds further depth and toughness to the franchise’s offensive line, contributing to the construction of an increasingly competitive and dominant unit.
